Providing inspirational education, care and therapy to children and young people, Witherslack Group are very passionate about optimising the life opportunities of their young people. The schools, children’s homes and integrated learning centres provide a complete day, residential and 52-week system of education and care.
To better portray the amazing work that Witherslack Group do on a daily basis, we were tasked with refreshing their brand identity. Working collaboratively, we have developed and produced many design elements, including new brand guidelines, school logos, case study sheets, school information sheets and a video brochure for new students.
We aim to give each visual a friendly, bright feel that is consistent and synergistic to their brand.
Witherslack Group go the extra mile for all of their young people to ensure that their time in school and children’s homes gives them the foundations and ambitions to achieve in their futures and create their own story of success. Witherslack Group are committed to creating a genuine connection with each child and this allows them to achieve long-lasting outcomes and fulfil the ambitions of the young people.
At Single Malt we help the team at Witherslack Group to achieve their aims to make the process and school experience as exciting as possible for both the child and parents/guardians.
In developing design elements for Witherslack Group we aim to create a very welcoming feel that puts students and parents at ease. This is portrayed by the use of different shapes in bright, friendly and welcoming colours. To create consistency, we develop each design element so that it is in keeping with the Witherslack brand and other design vehicles.
It is hugely important to us to create designs that portray the inspirational work that the Witherslack Group team carry out and to highlight the passion that they have for each and every child.
Having worked with Witherslack Group for a while now, we have evolved the brand, helping them refresh and strengthen their brand, it's identity and the powerful meaning behind it.
It’s been great to work with Single Malt on refreshing our brand identity. Unlike many brand refresh projects, we actually came with a very clear and specific idea of what we wanted, whilst this might be good for us as the client, it could be a challenge from a creative perspective. However, Single Malt have risen to the challenge and really nurtured and developed our brand to establish it with real identity and direction.
